سلام دوستان،

در این بخش از سایت هگزپاد تصمیم گرفته‌ایم متن یک خبر را به زبان انگلیسی در سه سطح مبتدی، متوسط و پیشرفته را نوشته، ترجمه و مورد بررسی قرار دهیم.

متن خبر در سطح مبتدی

(Travel by plane)

متن خبری زیر به زبان ساده نوشته شده است.

A teen is in central England. He wants to travel to the south of England. He wants to take the train, but it is really expensive. He looks for a cheaper way. He takes a plane to Berlin. From there, he flies back to England. He travels an extra 1600 kilometers. He arrives at his destination in 13 hours. However, it is still cheaper than the train.

در ادامه جملات این متن را به صورت مجزا بررسی می‌کنیم:

*A teen is in central England. He wants to travel to the south of England.

نوجوانی در مرکز انگلستان است. او می‌خواهد به جنوب انگلستان سفر کند. (منظور از teen همان teenager می‌باشد.)

*He wants to take the train, but it is really expensive.

او می‌خواهد که با قطار برود اما قیمتش بالاست.

*He looks for a cheaper way.

او به دنبال مسیر ارزان‌تری است. (look for به معنای دنبال چیزی بودن است.)

*He takes a plane to Berlin. From there, he flies back to England.

او یک هواپیما به سمت برلین می‌گیرد و از آن‌جا با هواپیما به انگلستان بر‌می‌گردد. (fly back به معنای برگشت با هواپیما است.)

*He travels an extra 1600 kilometers.

او 1600 کیلومتر اضافی را سفر می‌کند. (extra به معنای اضافی می‌باشد.)

*He arrives at his destination in 13 hours. However, it is still cheaper than the train.

او بعد از 13 ساعت به مقصدش می‌رسد. با این حال هنوز این مسیر ارزان‌تر از قطار است.

نکته: بعد از فعل arrive اگر شهر یا کشور قید شده باشد باید از حرف اضافه in استفاده شود در غیر این صورت بعد از arrive حرف اضافه at به کار می‌رود.

متن خبر در سطح متوسط

A British teen wanted to get from the central area of England to the south, but the price of a one-way train ticket shocked him. he decided to take action and found out that it was cheaper to take a plane to Berlin first and then fly to his final destination from from there. He traveled an extra 1600 kilometers to save a little money. The journey took him 13hours , but he said it was a great experience.

ترجمه و بررسی مجزای جملات:

*A British teen wanted to get from the central area of England to the south, but the price of a one-way train ticket shocked him.

یک نوجوان بریتانیایی می‌خواست که از مرکز انگلستان به جنوب انگلستان برود اما قیمت بلیت قطار یک طرفه او را شکه کرد.

نکته: one- way ticket به معنای بلیت یک طرفه است.

*He decided to take action and found out that it was cheaper to take a plane to Berlin first and then fly to his final destination from from there.

او تصمیم گرفت که دست به کار شود و متوجه شد که این راه ارزان‌تر است اگر در ابتدا با هواپیما به برلین برود و سپس از آنجا یک هواپیما به مقصد نهایی‌اش بگیرد.

نکته: take action به معنای دست به کار شدن برای اقدامی است.

find out هم‌معنی با understand و به معنی فهمیدن می‌باشد.

*He traveled an extra 1600 kilometers to save a little money.

او 1600 کیلومتر اضافی را سفر کرد تا بتواند مقدار کمی پول ذخیره کند.

*The journey took him 13hours , but he said it was a great experience.

این سفر 13 ساعت طول کشید اما او گفت که این سفر برای او تجربه خوبی بود.

متن خبر در سطح پیشرفته

(Travel by plane)

A cost-conscious teen wanted to travel from Sheffield in northern England to Essex, which was around 300 kilometers from his location. He wanted to travel home by train but was absolutely astonished at the price. He then found out that it was actually cheaper to get a bus and a train from Sheffield to East Midlands Airport, get a flight to Berlin, Germany, fly from Berlin to Stansted, London, and then get a bus back to home. All those extra 1600 kilometers saved Brian a few pennies , but took him 13 hours from door-to-door. However the adventurous teenager made his point as well as enjoyed the experience. He said that he would definitely do it again.

ترجمه و بررسی جملات به صورت مجزا:

*A cost-conscious teen wanted to travel from Sheffield in northern England to Essex, which was around 300 kilometers from his location.

یک نوجوان که از هزینه‌ها مطلع است قصد داشت که از شفیلد به شمال انگلستان یعنی اسکس سفر کند که مسافتش 300 کیلومتر از جایی که او بوده،است.

نکته: conscious به معنای آگاه است و در اینجا به همراه cost آماده است. صفتی است برای افرادی که از قیمت‌ها باخبر است و به قولی دستش توی قیمت‌هاست.

* He wanted to travel home by train but was absolutely astonished at the price.

او می‌خواست با قطار به خانه رود ولی از قیمت بلیت کاملا شوکه شد. (astonished به معنای شوکه شدن و معادل با Shocked است. )

* He then found out that it was actually cheaper to get a bus and a train from Sheffield to East Midlands Airport, get a flight to Berlin, Germany, fly from Berlin to Stansted, London, and then get a bus back to home.

او فهمید که اگر اتوبوس بگیرد و با قطار از شفیلد به فرودگاه East Midlands بگیرد و با هواپیما به آلمان شهر برلین برود و از آنجا با پرواز به لندن برود و سپس با اتوبوس به خانه برگردد، کم هزینه‌تر است.
